Yoga Retreat Pantelleria Italy

Unwind Italian-style on a 6-night yoga retreat on the dreamlike Sicilian island of Pantelleria in the middle of the Mediterranean. Imagine your days here waking up to a panoramic sea view and a yoga class with Madalyn.

Afternoons by the Pool, hiking, swimming in a volcanic lake, sauna cave, natural hot spring baths and capping off your evening with a chef-prepared meal under the stars.

One to two yoga classes will be offered every day with varying themes, styles, and energy levels. Classes will range from dynamic Vinyasa flow to in-depth workshop-style classes with lots of hands-on adjustments if you wish.

There will be ample opportunity for restoration and breathwork. You'll complete your time here feeling energized, refreshed and with a more intimate connection to your practice. Mats and props will be provided.
